"Celebrating 35 Years!"
KOCO HARVEST
2025 Growing Season
This year, we're planting eggplant, cucumbers, carrots, broccoli, pumpkins, potatoes, watermelon, peppers, corn, strawberries, onions, green beans and tomatoes. Some of the plants came back from last year, including the mint and strawberries.
We're even going to try to plant cotton and see if we can spin it into thread and weave the thread into fabric. We will experiment with dyeing using plant-based dyes.

Just in case water becomes an issue this year, Trifecta Ecosystems is setting up a dedicated irrigation system.

The garlic bulbs that the preschoolers planted in December with Shannon Raider from UConn Extension are growing like mad!
